ER/ICU Department: Registered Nurse Four Fulltime positions. One Part-time position. One On-call position. The RN is responsible for coordinating the nursing care of patients in order to provide quality patient care to patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric. Housekeeping Department: Housekeeper Three on call positions. Maintains routine manual cleaning service to the hospital and its outside buildings in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and practices set by Riverton Memorial Hospital, Department of Health, JCAHO, and other local community and government agencies. Required to instill a customer-friendly and safety-friendly atmosphere for patients, visitors, and medical staff. High School graduate preferred, experience preferred. 12/02/08, 01/13/09
Information Systems Services Department: Information Systems Technician One Fulltime position. The Information Services Technician assists the Hospital Director of Information Systems in order to effectively achieve the departments established goals. The IS Support Technician works in collaboration with all departments, services, and physician offices to provide connectivity, troubleshooting, or education needs. Working knowledge of: Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Windows Server 2003, Local Area Networks required. 02/23/09
Laboratory Department: Medical Technologist One Fulltime position. The Medical Technologist performs all routine laboratory testing ordered by a physician under the general supervision of the Laboratory Supervisor to provide the physician with results to assist with the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patient conditions. Medical Services Office: Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse One on call position. The RN/LPN is responsible for carrying out the routine patient care assignments, working in controlled patient care situations, performing established nursing care procedures and engaging in therapeutic, rehabilitative, and preventative activities in the office setting. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and the multidisciplinary care team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. WY license, CPR. 09/13/07

The RN is responsible for coordinating the nursing care of patients in order to provide quality patient care to patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric. Wyoming license, 2 year medical/surgical experience, ACLS, BLS current or within one year of hire. 03/10/09
Medical/Surgical Department: Certified Nurses Aide One Fulltime Seasonal position. The CNA is responsible for the administration of basic nursing procedures and/or clerical duties involving the care of hospitalized patients under the direction of the RN or LPN. Duties and assignments parallel with demonstrated competencies. High School diploma, CNA certification, and current CPR required. 03/10/09
Obstetric Department: Registered Nurse One Fulltime position. One PRN/PerDiem position. The registered nurse is responsible for coordinating the nursing care of patients in order to provide quality patient care to patients across the lifespan. The RN is able to function safely and accurately in the newborn nursery, post partum and labor and delivery areas of the Obstetrical department. Holds a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wyoming, CPR card. Is certified in Neonatal Resuscitation and Fetal Monitoring Principles and Practices. 04/02/08, 12/11/08
Oncology Department: CNA /Receptionist One Fulltime position. The Certified Nurses Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for direct patient care and the assisting of the Physician and or mid-level practitioner. Will greet patients, receive incoming calls, and schedule appointments according to established criteria. Current WY CNA and CPR required, phone etiquette for multiple phone lines and basic computer skills needed. 02/23/09
Sleep Lab Department: Polysomnographer One Fulltime position. The sleeplab technologist is required to work night shift acquiring sleep studies (12+ hour shifts)and day shift (8 hour shifts) doing analysis. They are responsible for pretest instruction of patient, prep and application of monitoring sensors, acquisition and monitoring of the study, application of CPAP/BIPAP when indicated, analysis of studies and terminal cleaning and maintenance of equipment. RPSGT, BLS required, ACLS desirable. 03/25/09
Surgical Department: Registered Nurse Circulator One on call position. A clinically competent Registered Nurse who delivers care to the patient undergoing surgical/procedural intervention, through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients, significant others and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Current licensure in State of Wyoming. Current BLS. Current ACLS certification or will acquire within 1 year of employment. 03/25/09
